概要
「クラゲリウム」（以下「本アプリ」）は、アカウント登録のいらない、端末内で動作するiPhone向けの海のいきもの図鑑・水槽アプリです。図鑑の発見状況・観察ポイント・水槽のレイアウト・設定などのデータは、お使いのiPhoneの中にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。当方は専用サーバーを運用しておらず、これらのデータを受信・保存することはありません。
一方で、本アプリは広告（Google AdMob）を表示します。広告の配信・計測のために、Google が広告に関連する一部のデータを取得・利用します。本ページでは、その内容と、あなたが選べる設定についてご説明します。
1. 端末内に保存されるデータ（サーバー送信なし）
次のデータは、お使いのiPhone内でのみ保存・処理され、外部に送信されることはありません。
- 図鑑の発見状況、いきものごとの観察記録、コンプリートの進捗
- 観察ポイント・研究ポイント・カケラなどのゲーム内残高
- 探索・海域の解放状況、水槽のレベルと展示・レイアウト
- 「きょうの来訪者」など日々の進行状況
- 通知、アクセシビリティ、その他の設定
- プレミアム（買い切り）購入の有効・無効の状態
これらは当方に送信されないため、当方がこれらを閲覧・収集することはできません。アカウント登録やクラウド同期の仕組みはないため、アプリの削除や端末の初期化により、端末内のデータは失われる場合があります。
2. 広告のために収集・利用されるデータ（Google AdMob）
本アプリは、観察ポイントを増やす場面（リワード広告）や図鑑一覧（バナー広告）などで Google AdMob の広告を表示します。広告の配信・計測・不正防止のために、Google（および提携する広告事業者）が次の種別のデータを取得・利用することがあります。これは App Store の「Appのプライバシー」表示と一致しています。

3. トラッキングとATT（App Tracking Transparency）
上記のうち、他社のアプリ・サイトを横断した広告のためのトラッキングに使われるのはデバイスID（Device ID）のみです。本アプリは、iOS の App Tracking Transparency（ATT）に従い、トラッキングを行う前に許可を求めるダイアログを表示します。許可しない場合でも、本アプリのすべての機能はそのままご利用いただけます（許可しない場合、表示される広告はパーソナライズされにくくなります）。
ATT の許可は、iOS の「設定 ＞ プライバシーとセキュリティ ＞ トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
4. 広告に関する同意（Google UMP）
本アプリは、地域の法令（EU/EEA・英国等の GDPR など）に応じて、Google のユーザーメッセージングプラットフォーム（UMP）による同意フォームを表示することがあります。表示される場合は、その画面で広告に関するデータ利用への同意可否を選択できます。あなたの選択は、その後の広告配信に反映されます。
本アプリの広告コンテンツのレーティングは「general（全年齢向け）」に設定しています。
5. 購入について（App Store / RevenueCat）
プレミアム（非消耗型の買い切り ¥1,000）の決済は、AppleのApp Store（StoreKit）によって処理されます。決済はAppleの利用規約・プライバシーポリシーのもとでAppleが取り扱い、当方が、氏名・メールアドレス・請求先住所・クレジットカード番号などの決済情報に触れることは一切ありません。
購入状態（プレミアムが有効かどうか）の管理には RevenueCat を利用しています。購入の有効性を確認するために、RevenueCat に対して匿名の識別子や購入・レシートに関する情報が送信されますが、これらを氏名などの個人情報と紐づけることはありません。この購入情報は App Store の「アプリのプライバシー」表示では「購入（購入履歴）」として申告しています（ユーザに紐づけない・トラッキングには使用しない）。詳しくは RevenueCat のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
6. 写真への保存について
プレミアムの「壁紙保存・撮影モード」で図鑑イラストを保存する場合、iOSの写真ライブラリへの追加（書き込み）のみを行います。本アプリは写真ライブラリの読み取り権限を要求せず、あなたの写真を閲覧・収集することはありません。保存自体はデータの収集にはあたりません。
7. 収集しないもの
本アプリは、次の情報を収集しません。
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などの連絡先情報
- 正確な位置情報（GPS レベルの位置）
- 連絡先・写真・カレンダーなどの端末内コンテンツ
- 健康・金融に関する情報
アカウント登録の仕組みはなく、ログインやサインインは必要ありません。
8. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、年齢確認や保護者による制限の仕組みを備えていません。広告表示を伴うため、保護者の方の管理のもとでご利用ください。当方が、氏名などの個人情報をお子様から直接収集することはありません。

Overview
Kuragerium (the "App") is an on-device iPhone sea-life encyclopedia and aquarium app that requires no account. Your encyclopedia progress, observation points, tank layout, and settings are stored only on your iPhone and are not sent to our servers. We operate no dedicated server and never receive or store that data.
The App does, however, show ads via Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, Google obtains and uses some ad-related data. This page explains what that involves and the choices available to you.
1. Data Stored On Your Device (Not Sent to Servers)
The following is stored and processed only on your iPhone and is never transmitted externally:
- Which creatures you have discovered, per-creature observation records, and completion progress
- In-game balances such as observation points, research points, and shards
- Exploration and region unlocks, and your tank's level, display, and layout
- Daily progress such as "Today's visitor"
- Notification, accessibility, and other preferences
- Whether the Premium (one-time) purchase is active
Because this data is not sent to us, we cannot view or collect it. There is no account or cloud sync, so deleting the app or resetting the device may erase on-device data.
2. Data Collected For Ads (Google AdMob)
The App shows Google AdMob ads in places such as adding observation points (rewarded ads) and the collection list (banner ads). To deliver, measure, and protect ads from fraud, Google (and partner ad providers) may obtain and use the data types below. This matches the App Store "App Privacy" label.

3. Tracking and ATT (App Tracking Transparency)
Of the above, only the Device ID is used for cross-app/site advertising tracking. In line with iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the App shows a permission prompt before any tracking. You can use every feature of the App whether or not you allow tracking (declining simply makes ads less personalized).
You can change ATT permission at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
4. Ad Consent (Google UMP)
Depending on your region's laws (such as GDPR in the EU/EEA and UK), the App may present a consent form via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). When shown, you can choose whether to consent to ad-related data use, and your choice is applied to subsequent ad delivery.
Ad content is rated "general."
5. Purchases (App Store / RevenueCat)
Premium (a non-consumable one-time ¥1,000 purchase) is processed by Apple's App Store (StoreKit) under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or access your name, email, billing address, credit card number, or any payment information.
We use RevenueCat to manage entitlement state (whether Premium is active). To validate purchases, anonymous identifiers and purchase/receipt information are sent to RevenueCat; we do not link these to personal information such as your name. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
6. Saving to Photos
When you save an encyclopedia illustration via Premium's wallpaper/photo mode, the App only adds (writes) to your iOS photo library. The App does not request read access to your photo library and cannot view or collect your photos. Saving itself is not data collection.
7. What We Do Not Collect
- Contact information such as name, email, phone number, or address
- Precise (GPS-level) location
- On-device content such as contacts, photos, or calendars
- Health or financial information
There is no account system, and no login or sign-in is required.
8. Children's Privacy
The App has no age gate or parental controls. Because it shows ads, please use it under a guardian's supervision. We do not directly collect personal information such as a name from children.

10. Changes to This Policy
